*On the Net. Our Shopping Cart software guides you effortlessly, adding up the items for you as you go. Our ordering system is protected, to maintain the highest level of security for your personal information.
*By Phone. For fastest service, call (818) 598.8400. Our Customer Service Representatives are always on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding our products or services.
*Fax. If you prefer to fax us your order, simply print the order sheet and sign it, being sure to include your credit card number and the expiration date. Fax us your order 24 hours a day at (818) 598-8494. Please click on the fax link to print out our fax order form.
*By Mail. Shop the Web Site online and print out your order. Mail the order with your signature, credit card number and the expiration date to the following address:

We do accept checks, but sadly we must wait until they clear (usually 5 business days) before shipping the product. For faster service, please use your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly via UPS. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Although all our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Ship to a different address?
If you're away from home or prefer to have your parcel sent to a different address, just notify your Live To Tell About It™ Representative and we will make all the arrangements. If you order by mail, just attach the address information to your order form.
Returning/Refund a product?
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Live To Tell About It™ will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sales date - NO HASSLE. For exchange or refund of a product, we need the original receipt or record of the purchase in our system. The product must be in its original condition, including the packaging. Refunds are issued in the original pay type.
